Its not about reuse of skills, its about constantly changing  weapon is annoying, if u play pvp class with BD sub(not buffer bot).
And this compared to other things on DNET servers have 0 impact on gameplay so why not?

In the subclass the max level is 80. So im not sure if its worth to take a pvp class in subclass.

Tip: make a macro for the switching weapons & the dances you want to use  put the dualsanywhere on the skillbar like 9-1, and your main weapon on 9-2. I believe the commands are:

1: /useshortcut 9 1
2: /useskill (dance1)
3: /useskill (dance2)
4: /useskill (dance3)
5: /useshortcut 9 2

*i can be wrong tho, you can google it :p*

You got answered by the guy how to overcome this issue by using macro yet you decided that this method is still not convenient enough for you so the conclusion is that people are trolling and fighting you 
Anyway, dunno why am I surprised, this was actually typical behavior, when someone offers help and advice he gets shut down because it's still not according to the other guy's opinion
