In-Game Rules!

1.   3rd Party software and related rules:


1.1   Taking advantage of exploits will cause punishment (60 minutes of Jail to permanent if repeated)
1.2   Advertise other servers or sites in game, trying to scam players ( permanent ban )
1.3   Impersonate server Administration/GMs or act on behalf of server Administration/GMs ( permanent ban )
1.4   Messing with servers packets ( permanent ban )

2.   Dual Box and related rules:

2.1   Outside town (for pvp/exp) you can have 1 <MAIN> and 2 <Chars on the box> (*So it means 1 IP = 3 chars outside town, and we can make difference if behind is REAL PLAYER and if is A BOT , there is a test for it so you cant lie about it, if you play from same house with REAL persons or from internet cafe as long its real players and not bots you have nothing to worry about) (Braking these rule will make you 2 days of jail (or ban) up to permanent ban if repeated all over again)
2.2   Shops inside town and offline shops , there is no limit in amount you can open, as long as they are in TOWN.
2.3   L2w users (permanent ban) *Notice we try to fight l2w with protection, but just in case this the the punishment.

Important rules regarding Bot users!

- You can not move,spoil,buff,potions,target while being AFK , result = perma BAN
- There is no HARDWARE which will move,click,target,spoil,sweep,potions, while you are AFK , result = perma BAN
- There will be unlimited checks made by our gm team in hide mode that proves you are a BOT user, bot user (even a single char) , result = perma BAN
- If you are having a REAL person under same house you are allowed to log only 1 extra box,so play in 2 + 1 box (*important notice: BOTH PERSONS must be actively playing and responding , afking forever wont be tolerated)
- Any actions in game moving,spoiling,targeting,sweeping,etc.. while being AFK , result = perma BAN

Every BOT user is triggered by IP and HWID, we are doing internal lists that match all your accounts and you are to be checked every single day no matter what char you log online.
We value our players who spend their real time in farming and getting items, therefore all bot users will be permanently BANNED.

[Dual Box]: Its a real person who logged additional client out of town . If respecting the rule 1+1 = Legit and all fine (*real dual box means 1 player behind playing it for real CAN NOT BE AFK and playing)
[Bot]: User who is using 3rd party software as a robot to do automatic processes for him while himself doing nothing.(*even a single char bots like this will be permanently banned on sight)

3.  Various rules:

3.1   Hero shout will be used only for normal conversation ( on ENGLISH language only!!!) , insults toward staff , insults , spam/flood , or any other insults toward others will be sanctioned. (Punishment: chat ban ,up to 100h ban)
3.2   Any kind of opening scam shops is illegal (* double check what you wrote in title of the shop before putting them)
Any other way of scamming other players or attempting to scam via pm/trade/... is illegal and can cause 300h up to permanent ban!
3.3   Do not use RACIAL insults .
3.4   Selling items or characters for real money in-game, on forums or  any other way is forbidden. (Permanent ban and account block!)
3.5   Not knowing or lack of knowledge about the in-game rules can not be used as a defense in any rule breaking occasion.
3.6   Always use common sense. A GM or Supervisor can anytime judge you even with rules that aren't listed.
3.7   Respect other players, Administration and GMs.
3.8   Report players violating these rules to Administration/GM.Report server bugs to Administration/GM.
3.9   Exploit in area where Boss drops raid-boss jewel gives 720-permanent ban.
