it has breakpoints, if you hit breakpoint you see differences in damage, until then nothing. thats how it works and always worked

As i said in previous topic its the easiest formula in game...
Its attr attacker-attr defender=X. Check X in graphic that alannah posted and it shows how much dmg is increases in %.
