Tyrannosaurs level crystal to 11 and 12? what is the chance rate?

chance should be 100% actually and he should resp like 4 or 6h I think :)

No. Chance for up crystal is 25% by default on all l2off servers unless you did change code for to work 100% than i am sorry to interfere here on HR forum :)

yeah you need to kill this specific one, others don't level crystals at all
