Skill Balance:

General:
  • Weapon Mastery:
    There's now only one Weapon Mastery in the game which gives 8.5% P.Atk and 17% M.Atk plus flat values when leveling up the skill. This is to prevent stacking different Weapon Masteries between Mage and Fighter Classes.
  • Heavy/Light/Robe Armor Masteries:
    Based on only 3 Armor Masteries, one for each type, this prevents stacking of different kinds (mage/fighter) of armor masteries which would result in insane values arround Cast/Atk Spd.
    The level given of the specific armor mastery is dictated by the pdef given by that specific level.
    Additional (class related) effects (evasion/mp regen/etc...) from the mastery are obtained from extra secondary passive skills (example: "Light Armor Evasion Mastery").
Comment: These changes have been arround since forever. Their doing is to ensure that stacking passives don't make certain classes combos "OP"
         

Items:
  • Magical Staffs: *
    Stats increased to meet Gracia Final values.
  • Elixir of Mental Strenght: *
    Mana received increased by 75% on all grades
  • SA Focus
    Added SA Focus to Bow of Peril and Carnage Bow
Comment: These changes are to help with character progression and potentialy create a new playstyle to the mage classes.
         

Knight Classes:
  • Majesty:
    Scaling by armor type: LvL3: Heavy + 15% P.Def, Light +10% P.Def, Robe +7%
  • Ultimate Defense:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Heavy Armor 100% effect, Light armor 50% effect, Robe armor 25%
  • Vengeance:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Heavy armor 100% effect, Light&Robe armor 50% effect
  • Aggression
    Aggression chance is 100% but has an added cooldown 6 seconds(fixed).
  • Aura of Hate
    Aura of Hate chance is 100% but has an added cooldown of 20 seconds(fixed)

Comment: Mostly a buff to the agro skills and scaling on other skills so that the Tank class doesn't become prevalent over other classes when choosing your substack. Our goal is to make the Tank classes the best choice versus archers, an Ok choice vs other fighters but their weak spot being versus magical damage dealers.
         

Rogue Classes:
  • Ultimate Evasion:
    Scaling effect on armor type: Light armor 100% effect, Heavy & Robe 50% effect
  • Focus Death/Chance/Power:
    Scaling by armor type: Full effect on Daggers, other weapons have 60% effect from back and no bonuses from side
  • Assassination:
    Added new effect "Ignore Shield Defense": 30% Chance on hit to apply a debuff that reduces shields defense rate by 100% for 7 seconds.
Comment: In the current state of substack anything stacked with the tank class is pretty strong. Instead of nerfing the class into oblivion, we're creating some counter play to it based on dagger classes.
         

Magical Supports:
  • Mana Burn:
    Cooldown changed to 45 seconds(affected by all casting and reduction buffs)
  • Recharge:
    Cast restrictions: Cannot be casted on self and cannot be casted on other Oracle classes.
  • Resurrection:
    All resurrection skills (scrolls included) have at least a 40% exp recovery and builds up by +5% each level (resurrection lv9 is 90%), WIT will modify this value up/down and can reach 100% exp recovery
  • Prophecies:
    Only able to cast on party members
Comment: With the introduction of substack alot of characters will have the ability to manipulate mana. To ensure that mana isn't burned super quick and that mana isn't created easily by infinite looping it on self/other oracles we had to limit these options. Worry not! There will be other ways for you to regen mana!
         

Mage Classes:
  • Aura flash:
    After cast reduces PvP damage by 33% for the next 3 seconds.
         

Human

Gladiator
  • War Cry:
    Scaling on Weapon type:
    LvL1: Dagger +5% P.Atk, Bow +10% P.Atk, other weapon types +20% P.Atk
    LvL2: Dagger +10% P.Atk, Bow +15% P.Atk, other weapon types +25% P.Atk
Comment: Scaling on weapon type to ensure that damage output doesn't become to high.


Warlord
  • War Cry:
    Scaling on Weapon type:
    LvL1: Dagger +5% P.Atk, Bow +10% P.Atk, Other Weapon Types +20% P.Atk
  • Focus Attack:
    Scaling on Weapon Type:
    LvL5: Pole +30% Critical Damage, Bow +10% Critical Damage, other weapon types + 15% Critical Damage
Comment: Scaling on weapon type to ensure that damage output doesn't become to high.


Paladin
  • Angelic Icon
    Scaling by armor type: Changed effect: P./M. Def +50% on Heavy, P./M. Def +20% on Light/Robe
Comment: Scaling on armor type to ensure that defense doesn't become to high on other Armors.


Treasure Hunter
  • Dash
    Scaling by armor type: Light armor: 100% speed effect, Robe/Heavy: 50% speed effect

Comment: Scaling on armor type to ensure that speed is being fully applied to "native" armor type.


         

Elf

Temple Knight
  • Guard Stance:
    Scaling by armor type: Heavy 100% P.Def effect, Light/Robe 50% P.Def Effect

Sword Singer
  • Songs:
    Duration increased by 1 minute

Plainswalker
  • Blinding Blow:
    Scaling by armor type: Light: 100% speed effect, Robe/Heavy: 50% speed effect

  • Empowering Echo:
    Added active skill - Increases M.Atk by 25% and increases MP consumption by 35% for 2 minutes
Comment: Let's see how the buff turns out in OBT

Destroyer
  • Polearm Mastery:
    Removed. Max number of creatures hit by Polearm is 5.
Comment: This is to make the Destro class more oriented for RaidBoss killing. This does not make it impossible for Destro's to make trains, they just need better gear to make them.

Tyrant
  • Fury Fist:
    Grants Atack speed only to Fist weapons
  • Totems:
    Totems do NOT stack with Frenzy or Guts
Comment: It's not possible to make certain totems work on fists only. Because of this, we cannot allow totems to stack with Frenzy or Guts.

WarCryer
  • Sword/Blunt Weapon Mastery:
    Added full effect passive

Overlord
  • Sword/Blunt Weapon Mastery:
    Added full effect passive
  • Soul Guard:
    Scaling by armor type: Robe 100% P.Def effect, Light/Heavy 50% P.Def effect
Comment: Increase a bit of P.Atk on WC and OL to compensate the P.Atk loss on the Weapon Mastery

         


Visual / Client changes:

-New unique icon added for Vote Coin


-We are constantly adding detailed client-side infos to skills/buffs (priority on buffs). GF Style.



Things we're looking into:

  • More buffing to support classes, ex: Songs/Dances cost reduced.
  • More scaling on skills, ex: Shield Mastery.
  • Decreasing resistances of certain buffs and Epics jewels.
  • And many more!

General:
  • PvP Damage:
    Physical Damage -10%

Comment: In general on Substack Servers it's easier for characters to gain access to ranged skills/damage. A pretty good example are the Bard classes, SwS and BD, these characters will be able to completely change their playstyle from melee character to ranged, increasing the overall number of ranged characters on server. With this change we're trying to balance out the overall gained damage on ranged characters as a whole(server wide, not individually) so melee characters don't feel overun by ranged characters.
         

Boss Jewels:
  • Resistances:
    Resistance values reduced by 50% on all Boss Jewels
  • Added Enhanced and Refined version of Orfen and Core
    Enhanced Orfen: Added Effect: +300cp, +200hp, +150mp
    Refined Orfen: Added Effect: +600cp, +400hp, +300mp, + 5% clarity
    Enhanced Core: +4% P.Atk, +4% M.Atk
    Refined Core: +8% P.Atk, +8% M.Atk, -5% Skill Reuse
Comment: We want to make these Epic Jewels Spicy for Mid/End Game. Enhanced version is acquired by trading 2x of the normal Jewel plus some expenses. Refined version is acquired by trading 2x Enhanced Jewel plus some expenses.
         

Buffs:
  • Resistances:
    Mental Shield and Resist Shock have their values reduced by 50%.

Comment: This change makes the game less "F1" and rewards using skills that disrupt your target.
         

Tattoos:
  • Implementation of Tattoo system.
Comment: Full list will be released shortly!
         

Knight Classes:
  • Deflect Arrow:
    New values:
    Level 1: 7% Bow Resist,
    Level 2: 15% Bow Resist,
    Level 3: 22% Bow Resist,
    Level 4: 30% Bow Resist
Comment: This is not really a nerf. It counter balances the Damage Reduction in PvP from archers. In the end archers will do the same damage to tanks as before.
         

Mana Regeneration:
  • Tattoo of Nymph:
    Level 1: +7mp/3s
    Level 2: +12mp/3s
    Level 3: +18mp/3s
    Level 4: +25mp/3s
    Sitting with tattoo equiped doubles the Tattoo Mana Regeneration effect.
Comment: The sitting effect is PvE oriented. We want to give players the ability to have higher mana regen values since it's substack and there's more skills to use. Even tho we are providing a mana regeneration option we still want to make sure values arent to high so that mana keeps being an important resource and that mana managment is a rewarding skill for the players during PvP.
         

Bards:
  • Inner Rhythm:
    Reworked. Now has 3 levels and increased value.
    Learned at lvl 40, 66 and 78
    Level 1: -7% Disco cost,
    Level 2: -15% Disco cost,
    Level 3: -25% Disco cost
Comment: Bards needed some kind of Mana decrese. In Retail like servers most of their mana is used on Disco alone, in substack we want to make Bards have an easier time managing their mana since they have other stuff to do aswell.
         


Destroyer:
  • Frenzy:
    Pole value shifted, now they only acquire base P.Atk from Frenzy.
Comment: Clean Destro was still doing trains easily even after the Pole Mastery remove. Now to do proper trains you need Gear.
         

Hero:
  • Valor:
    Removed 250 P.Def and Added 250 M.Def
Comment: Valor buff now should be alot more flexible.

Added Baium - Gracia Final like subquest
Once you get to Part: Kaspar, you have 2 options either you hit baium to make red pipette knife, either you gather 30 quests items from ToI Floor 10th







Added Hi5-like Nobless subquest:

Once you get to part: Barakiel, you have alter-option to go Valley of Saints and gather 100 quest items from highest level mobs there.

Unique Substack System only @Dragon-Network

This time we come up with the idea of getting substack(DN Sub) from Level 40.
Once you reach Level 40 and complete 2nd class, you are free to take your first DN Sub.
On character creation all characters get a Quest Horn, which can be used for this purpose.
It's Dragon-Network's original idea and we created this trademark, so lets give it for free this time.

Pros/Cons:
You will have a lot more fun since you can Sub at level 40, more pvp possibilites.
You have to make 3rd class quest x2 times. [email protected], which is 350 this time due to quest boost.

You can get TRADEABLE Horn from Original Golkonda on ToI.

Olympiad season adjusted as it's season time announced on forum:

You will be able to pick heroes. No mess, No further adjustments needed anymore, season time you will be able to check on website statistics.
Season length remain 2 weeks (14 days!!)
Hero reward nobless passes are halved accordingly to half month heroes..

Rookie helper pack are added to newly created chars in order to catch up faster.
Contains top no grade jewel set, Premium Rune 100% 7 days (increasing all the rates except quests), Coupons No grade/D grade wep

Fix: Symphony of Nobless skill fail all the time.

Event:  Squish the Squash is activated

Start: 2018 October 22.
End: 2018 November 5.
