Im using also windows10 64x and its working fine. Maybe is problem from your hellbound client.

I have already downloaded 3 hellbound clients from different sites, including adm.

I tried to start in safe mode and it opened but gave AGP error, could it be that my windows is blocking something? If yes, can someone tell me a possible solution?

I passed exactly the same client to my brother's PC and it worked fine

Firstly, did you drag the files from the patch into your existing folder or did you replace the folder only? Secondly, RIGHTCLICK on l2.exe and click "Run as administrator"

I replace the files in the folders, yes I left to run as administrator

So it means that client and patch are both fine. Try reinstalling the operating system or if you're using specific anti virus add system folder to the exception list, cause sometimes hb[ext].dll (or something like this) is detected as virus.
