Thanks for your interest for DN wiki. I will try to add the detail of augment skills from user reports.

I will simply write the overview and the link to the source here. Please try not to flame ppl only asking questions like "Which lvl/grade of ls blah". If you don't like to answer, please just ignore the questions.

Passive

Item Skill: Reflect Damage Lv.2 (http://forum.dragon-community.net/index.php/topic,102420.msg1398133.html#msg1398133) -- reflect 10%
(Increase the ability to reflect some of the damage you incurred back to the enemy. Exclude damage from skill or remote attacks.)

In official, there are 3 lvl of efficiency. Effect 1 -- 10%, Effect 2 -- 15%, Effect 3 -- 20%. (Same as Skill Reflect Damage, Blazing Skin, Chant of Revenge etc.)

(Decrease the MP consumption rate for all skills)

If it's woking as skill of Elven Elder, Clarity, there can be 3 lvl of efficiency. Effect 1 - 4%, 2 - 7%, 3 - 10% (of magic skill consumption. Physical, 10-15-20%.)
MP consumption of magic skills is, Initial cost (20%) + Remaining cost (80%) * skill effect.
Set if base consumption is 204, it becomes, Effect 1 197-198, 2 192-193, 3 187-188

In official, there are 3 kinds of augment skill that decreases skill mp consumption. Clarity, Skill Clarity and Spell Clarity which affects on, all skills, physical skills or magic skills.
Also there are 3 lvl of skill efficiency for each kind.
