lost account

hi!
i have a problem with my account. i've played on dragon-network last time about one and a half year ago. yesterday i downloaded the new client and the patch and the game started with no problem. i tried to login but i couldn't. i tried to reset my password two times but i didn't get email. afterthat i tried to create a new account with the same email i used but it said this email is already registered. is any option to get my account back or should i create a new account with an other email?

First of all, sorry that I'm just a forum mod so better ask your server admin to make sure things.

I'm not sure if your account has been deleted for 1.5 years of inactivity. Anyway, you cannot login so if you want to start playing for the present, better create new account.

About registered e-mail. Though I don't think admin would risk the security and their efforts to maintain the account data, you can ask admin (and in most case, just wait)

thanks for your reply. by the way how can i contact with admin? should i send him an email or are there any topic for this kind of questions? if i should send email where can i find the adress or if i should ask it in forum in which topic can i do that?
