it depends... if u got low eq (a grade set + tallum glaive for ex.) take wl... but if u have (a grade set + db+f for ex) take he...

WL for sure oO But U will need vampiric rage . Try to get bd too and will be freaking fast

WL is alot faster to lvl..... but not on PP buffs. You will need atleast a BD, or BD/SE.

If you are absolutely certain that PP is the only buffs you will be able to get i would take the HE. If you can get a hold of atleast WC or SE i would choose WL.

With wl you can make trains so I guess wl, but you will need some vamp: rb jewel or vamp buff + as I know in hb vamp will be nerfed propably so here we got question is this exp rly will be better with wl than he ?:>
So at the end I vote : If tomorrow serv will be down w8 for HB and check how works vamp, if it will be nerfed take HE
+ If I will have time I can give you vamp from WC..

with Warlord can make trains even in FOG - just need from good (smart) buff and RB juels is not necessary

p.s.  on Gracia Warlord  shall be best in pvp with  awesome skills
