How do i remove this Red A? I didn't had it b4 and i'm sure it's the source of my problems.

u activated the A with a key combination on your keyboard to change your language mode on keyboard ingame.

again its some sort of key combination, involving shift, alt, ctrl maybe + another key.

I mean in interlude ,when i pressed  "1" on my keyboard i use skills from 1 bar .
now it use skills from middle bar

Go to the options down left / then shortcut and the asign the shortcut you want from the list and save them!!!

If i understant corect!!
