is possible after every restart to not wait 40 minutes till npc&mobs respawn? maybe i exagerate with this 40 mins but maybe something can be done to respawn in max 10 minutes.

eh some time's they dont respawn, need new restart;]

npc spawn time is different in different places, the longes it takes to see npc in shuttgart like 10-15 mins, the fastest its toi, u can see mobs there around 3 min after restart.
