My friend got critical error when he want join to server he choose nightmare click join and critical error

he had hb but have some failed files  so he copy files from IL to hb ( i think same ) and download patch and now his hb work  + loader work but when he log on his char he choose  NM click OK and got this error all time

ye it's realy they have maked on HB just 50% features. 25% IL,25% C4..
