1- did anyone get solar flare or prominence ( SINGLE TARGET ) lvl 10 or lower since HB started ?

2- anyone has Hydro blast augmentation (SINGLE TARGET ) lvl 10 or lower before HB or after HB ?

3-Is there any nuke augments that got switched from single target to mass othe than Prominence / solar flare ?
