WC/HE

Well i got an WC/HE i made before IL. It has human mage skin (yeah i am very ugly on draco set) and he was nerfed as hell. Any change on that on HB?

i heard that all mutants are nerfed but dunno is it true.

my wc/bp has an awesome casting speed, i think more m atk, but he cannot make lvl,which is a pitty,but i can take it

and ty/spoiler is still very good, it is true, no fist fury on other weapon but fists, but on fists he rocks (the single problem is that he eats too much sss)

orc/archer had a nerf on IL. But there was a bug where for example, I got a WC/HE, if it is on human skin ti has a lot less atck speed, patck and so on with bows. If it has orc skin it was all ok. What I wish to know if human skin for that combination now is fine or continue bugged.
