Recharge not working!

Im new to this server and well new to lineage 2 again. I did a elf oracle and my friend did a dwarf. I was just wondering why i cant use recharge on him ? It says he gets 0 mana. Is it suppose to be like this or is something wrong ?

I did search for recharge but i didnt find what i was looking for so sry if this is obvious and i missed it.

Oyea im on Infinity server if there is any difrence

check ur lvl and the lvl of him....


if the diference is big...the skill will recharge 0
