Vista service pack 2 and Dn laucher

Since I Installed Vista Service Pack 2 I can't run L2 from DN launcher. I tried to run it as administrator but still no effect -

I was with Vista Ultimate SP2 and had no problem

Reinstall Proper client again

Run Dragon-Network loader

I upgraded 2 boxes from home premium x64 and ultimate x64 to sp2 and they was no problem at all.

Possibly an intel issue. Both my boxes are gaming boxes, so they're amd.
