Is server online 8/06/09

I had reinstalled Hellbound and installed it 3 times. But no result, i can run game, problem appears when i put my ACC and PASS to box.
Then when i click ok is box "You are currently logging in. Please wait a moment." And that box i can look at until i die...
Nothing moves etc...
That its what i made
Installed hellbound
put patch V3 that one (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JH8W6SZI)
run Dragonnetwork.exe
click check full
wait
click start

I havent any ideas to install it, or server is offline,what i ask!
