Problem

I have problem i ahve Ct1 client good one for DN  i ahve patch new  i maked full chec  bu when i go to l2 write login and pass   i can see only this board http://img527.imageshack.us/img527/903/19045002.jpg   and nothing mroe happens what problem is ? ;/ i tryng login for 1 month or more... ;/ same problem always i reinstaled l2 many times i resended new patch i maekd many things but nothing help ;/ some maybe know how fix it?
