is it possible in HB set up Captains of Royal guard???

clan skills work on all members like in interlude??

or Ranks system works corectly like on official ??    7 lev clan can have 2x Viscount 2x Captains 8lev clan 2x Count (Captains) + 4x Viscount Captains (Order OF knights)

Poosible but cant anymore.
That option work when HB start on NM , then was disabled, re-enebled after some weeks, work for few days and now is disabled again.
Those who is set like capitans is still capitans with viscount/count rank ( depend from clan lvl), but if you try to set new capitans ( in case if old one leave clans) you cant anymore
Clan skill work like should be - high lvl skill applied only on high lvl aristocrate.
Ofc no answer from gm's/admin why they are disabled for second time.
