Delete Characters

I got my account full of characters and I want to delete some, but I can't !!

I press delete character, ok and the charater doesn't start to be deleted !!

What is happening?

If the char u want to delete is in clan u must leave clan before dismissing the char.
If it's not the reason - i've no idea what is.
