Quest drop rate!!!

Can any1 tell me what is the quest drop rate in Dragon? It is too low, isn't it?? I just started a quest and i have to get 500 quest items  - i killed 50 mobs and get 1 Q item!!! WTF!!! If the Q drop rate is like official server that is not good, because official servers are not x15!!!! what do you think about it?
