don't forget that most of the players who got good gear either play here for a long time are donators, or damn farmers. Those who newly join or are to lazy to farm / donate, why would they get a bow in an easy way

As far as I know Icarus weapons are craftable with limited chances .. hard but possible , I think fair is to decrease the reuse of dyna bow and make it between DB/SB and Icarus  ,  

PS : Fix Life stones lvl 80 please  .
