there should be a new rule.
whoever gets caught lying about violating a rule, gets double punishment.

somebody gets caught using walker and they say: "no i never used walker." then gm proves that they used walker. for that they should get double punishment on dragon.

xmatx lied about his enchanted skills +17 - +20 on 4 chars lvl 80. (he said he farmed a lot...)
elcharro posted though, that he used a skill enchant exploit.
for lying he should have gotten double time temporary ban.

same as the guys with l2walker, who said that they didnt use l2walker.
same with those that said: they havent had 2 asistants out of town.

lying right in the face of the gm's should be punished hard.
especially since gm, can investigate about any violations.

but since its precious gm time, that they are wasting, there should be a new additional rule.

Whoever lies, after a gm catches rule violations: gets double time punishment.
