Anyway, the punishment should be same for all ofc, for RB buffing and for healing too, for example like +some nice amount of pk points for each buff / heal or pretty nice delvl or both ( pretty nasty combination )....

or, track disablet ToL effect on Raids so maybe he can do the same with other buffs and heals ? what do you think about that

    fk off all golki buffers in toi, 3-4h of pvp+canceling+stupid galadriel+cait+shadowbuffer for 1 losy horn = 16 coins
20 minutes in 3 pt to  take his last 3milimtrs of hp on normal bar,not extended
