How to get Knight's Epaluette??

From fortresses i think. During fortress siege u must kill guards and fortress captains.
U must register to fortress at walkin' NPC.Guards drop 2-6 Knight's Epaluette max to lvl 67, up to lvl67+ only captains drop KE around 100 item.
Info from official, so dunno how work here in DN.

eh in  our servers the fortresses are just a kind of fake useless castles.. theorically they should be a 24/7 siegeable castle with npc guards that give knight epaluette stuff...

in Interlude was Guards to buy in Fortress, but was imposible to place them, now , in HB even u cant buy them , to many bugs, only 1 npc

You can buy better shirts and shit at castle NPCs.
Edit: also bracelets, as far as I know.

Go to rune, to blacksmiths , and go check , 2 types of apella sets one cost in rcp , second in rcp+ knights

nope .. main features of HB is not working but this one is not supposed to be a hard thing .. its just a dropping item :/
