I'm not sure if this normal or it's a bug    
but in making 3rd for 2 party members by killing archon of halisha in 4S
I got the two amulets instead of them and I even dont have 3rd quest of even I am ee or sps
Then we repeat the quest another pt member get the 2 amulets and the other didnt

when you reach halisha, the char that needs the quest item has to leave the party and solo it and make sure no one even touches the rb at all or bb q.item.

i had same problem, even when we knew that is buged, some tyr/de killed it by mistake with pole ;S
decided to kill 700 mobs xD
