Problems Loading the game..

Hi,
I've been expirencing problems with loading lineage, i' have a screenshot of the situation, i can't move, talk, do anything really. for some reason, it works perfectly fine in x15 server.

Waiting does not help, i've waited for hours.

He needs to know what specific differences there are in the configurations for nightmare x30 and infinity x5 that could cause this. Able to play with no problems on x30 but cannot even move on infinity. It is NOT his account someone else can log in and move. The problem is between his pc and that server specifically and only. It is very strange. He tried to disable his firewall, his antivirus software and he made sure he was not blocking any ports. Now we don't know what else to try except to ask for help from the GM's/admins.
