Hellbound quest issue... :S

Guys i need to buy some native clothes to a npc called "Tailor Buron" in Hb island. The problem is that he's not where he's suposed to!

Guides say he's in HB island near spawn.... but can't find him! Maybe he's on hollidays traveling trough europe or smthg....


Can any1 help me by being more specific regarding he's where about?

That's it...Hb must be bugged on Nm cause i tared the island apart w/o finding that stupid npc... Hude doesn't talk to me though... how do i get him to talk to me?? The guides say i need native clothes?

the tailor is inside a building near Falk, near hidden oasis. he is in the basement.
