Focus lv.10

Anyone has this augment? Active Focus Lv.10 (Dragon 15x)
I got it, but kinda of sucks because i had before once lv.3 and it gave like +7 or 8 critical rate and now i get lv.10 and think i get good augment, but it only gives +11 critical rate  -.-

Can someone post if augment is bugged or is really as shitty as it looks. Ty

xD yes i talk around with gms and aparently is 10% of original critical dmg, but even so it doesnt look like it gives the 10% ... anyway,
