About Draks/Nima and Ride an Advise

Ok after all this fuzz about this case i need an advise from community what to do before i bring my decission, since all this was kinda lame in 1st place.

Short story: Ride left server trusting nima and draks with account, and after ride came back they sold all his items and telling him gotfo .
At this point is obviosly mistake of Ride , BUT, then ride showed me some screens claiming that he told them not so sell items. And now im in problematic position what to decide ?! Ofc easiest will be to give ride items back (but thats not  even an option),he lost items w/e happens and w/e i decide, only question is shell i punish draks and nima (or how to punish them),so lets discuss a bit....here are some pics

It is an advise i wanna see here opinions, even if yes or no wins it doesnt mean i will do it, i just wanna consult community and not be an prick who will just press the button, u should be happy that im like this omg

well they simply fcked him up i told them a lot of times to fck off from alex items and they were always saying they dont take any of them etc etc lol .. after a lil draks told me he dont give a shit about ridemydk anymore etc . i like both but after what they made in my opinion u should give any items to  ride what he had dunno some even simple items from draks and nimradell stuff so he can play on nm ( he was no lifer ) and just punish them ...... is fcking stupid when u trust to someone and u give acc to each other and this second guy after while fck u up with items and change their own passwords so he cant get items back.... such a lame way...

what they did is a mistake , but its ride fault as well , its his mistake trusting anyone with his items

well he did care many times . for example with kamillo29 or since u r temp i can tell u about voudas to changing his name to his old name or taking his char from ban list dunno exactly wasnt interested in it

week ago u baned guy who borrowed items from clan mates, he left clan and loged off, u banned his account (armaiti), i dont see any difference between borrowing items or account...

for me he is thief not scammer, he borrowed items from ppl who trusted him
