so you think that effect of acumen that got into olympiad blessing is normal ? fair that mages got casting speed on self buffs in oly more than out side of it ?! 

are u sure? coz its not imo i have lower cspeed in oly coz acum lv 2 i get in oly not lv3 and oly blessing not add me cstspeed

and finally stop QQ about all skills at oly. it will never be balansed coz of stucking subclasses. even in official server its disballansed
