with +5 DEX, level 4 rabbits, doom light set... i guess it will be around 375. but hey, maybe i am wrong.

Well first thing that springs to mind would be TH/Glad, Glad/Pw, Ty/th, Ty/glad(?), Ty/Pw. And Th/Pw For teh lulz Dash+blinding blow awaaay!

ye, TH/GL would be faster, Glad/PW as well, but Blinding blow is useless without mobs. TH/PW? Why would someone make such char?
