Did anyone make an Inspector?

Has anyone made an inspector on any dragonnetwork servers? Or perhaps on another server not in this network? I

Is there something else you need to do other than just choose the Inspector option as a subclass on your 3rd retail? Some quest to complete or is it simply not working on dragonnetwork?

I have a kamael mail lvl 80 and 2 retails lvl 76... Inspector STILL BUGGED
