ERROR in updater

Hi there, I have a problem. I have been download Hellbound Client and DNET patch. When I have run a DragonNetwork.exe, there is nothing in updater, nothing but "ERROR: LST file not found". Somebody can help me?
I have Win Vista and patch is in main folder (C:\Program Files\Lineage II).

Execute loader as administrator. (Right click, properties, mark "Run as Administrator")

Your Lineage 2 setup is corrupted or your WinVista is missing Net Framework or some kinda of software necessary to run the game, like the host file in Windows/system... btw Win Vista sux great!

Hmm, this is possible. My Host file is edited. Can somebody paste all contain of this file? Sorry of my mistakes in english, but im not from country, where this language is official:)

This is my Host file. Is it ok?
There is another thing - other servers are working (not Dragon Network). But i want to play on DNET! Other servers are... foolish and really not-proffesional.
Please, help me:)

Ok, this topic can be closed. Updater still does not work, but after clik "START" the game just starting. THank all for help.
