What happend with celestial shield aug casting time? now sucks. It should go back to how it was. i use a lot of top ls for getting that skill and now is useless.

thats not aflame I posted it just for fun  
and I totaly agree for nerfing celestial shield Aug specially for oly and I even think that some skills shouldn't be able to get by Aug like 3rd class skills

why would aug celestial shield work faster than normal bp skill?

well I think it should be not available from Aug any way exaclty like some skills such frenzy and AI and guts

its fixed not nerfed.Its active skill not magic.

Augmentation was more usefull than the real skill. So it got fixed cuz it was buged.
