my original plan was to reupload all of them to stage6. that means i need to convert them to DivX first. but for some strange reason some of them get screwed in the process, while others get converted without problems (e.g. i already converted and uploaded RoD4). ill see what i can do, in worst case ill reupload them to filefront (so they can be deleted without warning again).

im wondering why most of ppl convert movies into *.wma .. i suppose its "lighter' or something?

so.. after most of my movies got deleted from filefront, i finally re-uploaded all of them to stage6. and in todays press release they stated that their service would cease operation on 28th february 2008. i must be freaking cursed or something. in other words, in case youre interested, you have 3 days to download them. i probably wont upload them anywhere again.

And what about Live PvP ? Do the delete the movies also ?

i had red or dead 4 on livepvp, but it was during the beta stage, so its deleted now too. also, their engine was forcing widescreen movies into 4:3 format, dunno if it still does or they fixed it. and on top of all ive read somewhere that they plan to remove the download option. since their streaming sucks i might aswell upload to youtube. the advantage of stage6 was that it was streaming the movies in their original quality. other sites convert movies to flash/whatever format with changed resolution and bitrate, effectively destroying them..

as far as i know download option is only off untill new version of livepvp what should come on march or sth. and streaming , true sucks as hell, lets just hope they will make some changes soon.

safer to upload in parts (it takes me about 5 hours to upload 500MB, imagine my reaction if upload fails). and its also safer to download in parts (for similar reason) + you can download all 3 parts at the same time, maximizing your download speed (useful for ppl who have low speeds from filefront).

btw. You don't have more of that bs pvp's from Muflon, when he runed from olympus mages ?
