i dont see idea for what i`ll say u bullshits ;x i click 2 times forgotten scrol on fighter's will and i got it in pasive skils ... alos my stats go up

I am on work now and can show u picture with the problem. YES i know how to learn forgotten scroll and YES i try it on both Stats.
Hope so when back from work to learn it. And i'm sorry I don't know U. Just paste your answer.

Same problem here... im pp/sws 80 lvl at songer stats with elven skin, tried to learn windstorm song after 3rd prof at 76, 77, 78, 79 etc and nothing. I have sh1tloads of SP/Exp, but it doesnt matter. I was thinking wtf, maybe my book is bugged bcuz I purchased it from guy who killed Saileren (or similar, some kind of dino boss from dino island), so I spend some time to get brand new book drop on prism island and still nothing, cant learn it even from new book.

I double checked this issue today, after series of down and fullchecks - still I cant learn learn it.
