Mine char disappear

Good morning, due to the holiday year-end I spent a long time without playing, and yesterday when I returned I was surprised the character was not it, put the other 2 using the same account was, please, wanted some kind of help GM because I never spent the password for anyone and my pc was not connected me to have picked up a virus scam.

Bom dia, devido as ferias de final de ano eu fiquei um tempo sem jogar, e ontem quando voltei tive a surpresa o char não estava la, porem os outros 2 que usam a mesma conta estavam, por favor, queria algum tipo de ajuda do GM porque eu nunca passei a senha pra ninguem e o meu pc nem ligado ficou pra eu ter pego algum virus de scam.

1: post in your serversection (nightmare? dragon?)

2: if just 1 char disappeared seems (most easy thing) someone logged your acc, took your item and deleted you char (what a funny guy)

so best thing u shoud do is write:

1:disappeared  char name (NOR ACCOUNT NEITHER PASS)
2:item on that char
3:last time (before holydays) u logged it
......
