well.... it SHOULD.

at least phantom ranger has both of them ( chance and mind... didn't noticed any effect with them.... but skill exists. cannot test more. char sold)

btw how does it work?
mp recharge is based on recieved damage or fixed value?
from normal attack or also from skill/magic?

btw up  for fix this (missing?) skill

recived dmg activate this skill and it recovers ur mp like healers skill invocation ( u can move, ur pdef isnt decreased xD)

ok, so one month ago it wasn't fixed in infinity (or at least i tryed it durin trains so...many hit but 0 recharge)

maybe they fixed it now
