Fighter's Will BUG

I bought yesterday Fighter's Will and tried to used it. And i get message that says "Fighter's Will cannot be used due to unsuitable terms"
WTF ? I'm 82 lvl so i should be able to use it. And i'm on SK stats so it shouldn't ba a problem either. I also gave this book to Astri and he couldn't use it as well. He had the same message. Track/Kain, pla check this out. Thx in advance ;]
