LAGs (problem in game)

Since 1-2 weeks me and my friends noticed huge lags .

Every 10 sec there are smaller or larger lags , which are really anoying.

Need to target ppl like 3-4 times.... I wanna know if it's server or my connection which couses it .

Write down if u have same problem.

also tested net speed
low speed during this hours
