bug or ?

hi all  , when i was playin in dragon was spoiling some cbp from kasha dire wolf and had 5 every mob (was in c4) now when im playin in nm , they spoil only 1 and with a low chance , is it a bug or GMs changed it ? shouldn't it be as in site ?
