Dex should be responsible for nothing connected with blow type skills now, maybe just reuse speed.

well landrate too maybe dunno maybe am wrong w/e Dex/Con +4-4Str are just fine for meh =)

Well, i wouldnt go -4str on dagger, but its my personal opinion.
