I think Mammon does not appear if Sel of Avarice won. Dunno if this won though.

BS mammon appear if seal of gnosis won, Merchant appear only if seal avarice won.

usually both of this seals has enough votes for win, and now only merchant mammon is appear, thats mean only seal of avarice won.

if u click in place when mammon should stand
u can target him and even trade
but we dont see him...
