Manor System?

Does anyone know what is up with the manor system?

I have sold seeds to manor manager 21 Alternative Dessert Codran, Rewards shows DMP..............I sell 21 Crops and it gives me 1 dmp...............

Is this right?  I sell 1 crop it takes the crop and gives me nothing.............

Depends on the prize per crop the castleowner gives, like if its 1k adena per crop, and the sales price of DMP in the npc shop is 20k, u need to get 20 crops for 1 DMP
