Max Level on Substack.

Easy question, and i cant find the answer anywhere so...

What will be Substack level cap be? 80 or 85?
Tbh, it will be kinda weird if it's lvl 80 and Main(Single class)  85. The Main will be better in end game i guess? :/

85(main) - 80(retail)/80(stack   or  85 - 80/85 ??

Btw what abou stacked armor masteries. Are they giving attack speed? For example on a HE/PP?

Noes T_T. No lvl 81 skills on substack combo. That's bad Q___Q.

Ok last question... Also haven't seen anything on forum regarding to it. What about certificate skills? Will they work on main class?

I mean for example:A  TH main get retails BD/PR, TY/WC, Bishop/WK. Can he take certificate skills from BD, TY and Bishop?
