Bad rates on server! Please solve this problem!

Please fix the following rate problems:
- spoil drop rate is at 1x rate instead of being at 9x;
- quest item drop rate is less than 1x instead of being 9x;
- quest reward rate is at 1x rate instead of being 9x.

Quest rates are really important because we might be overexperienced by the time we finish the quest.
Spoil rate is also important but you guys sure know about it.

I don't know excactly what this means, quest item drop rate or quest reward rate, but both has wrong rates.

Please note that this server is a 9x low rate server which means all rate might be at this rate.

if server is x9 it doesnt mean all rates are x9 ^^ i don't know how it's counts  but 101% sure u arent right ( http://dnwiki.dragon-community.net/index.php/Rating ).... dont you believe me? go to NM and look if there is x30 spoil or qoest item rate....

It doesnt mean it, right, but NM is a bad example. When i played on Nightmare(C4/IL), rates was freaked up so hard. Not so much like here, but...
Btw 5x was a fair spoil rate on Frintezza 15x, so i think 3x or 4x would be fair on 9x.

I have a spoiler, I got 9 ewc  and 1200 mithril ores pretty fast in solo
problem of spoil is not the rate

I know that the rates might be different from the experience gain rate, but it doesn't make sense to be like this.
Please talk about the quest rates too! This topic is exist not only for the spoil problem...
One more more thing: if there is a problem with spoiling and not the rate then let the others know so the GameMasters or Admins can fix it / them.
