i've experienced a problem during "create a char" or just simply loggin my own at infinity(hell,last time i saw Silvana was in c4)and its like :

I dont need the newbie guide like put updater to main folder,or did u run updater etc,just curious what to do.Clean HB client+ updater then kaboom,OS is win7.
Also my mate experienced a problem,he couldnt even run the client,his error is:
Failed to find object 'Class NWindow.ConsoleWnd'

im playin on Aion x4(HB) without any problems,used to play on RPG club(Gracia Final) without problems so its 100000% not a VGA fault.

well, 90% of problems u can solve just by updating every driver, directx, l2, server files...
5% u can solve by downgrading your drivers, l2, server files...
Rest of problems u can solve by:
a) upgrading your hardware
b) downgrading your hardware

Dont think too much, just follow these steps, and problem will disappear.

1. You have a corrupt texture, potentially from another private server that doesn't know how to create a proper patch or from an action you have done yourself. reinstal game
2. Update your video card drivers to the latest stable ones.
3. Download the [AMD Dual Core Optimizer] (http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/utilities/AMD_Dual-Core_Optimizer_113.zip) program and install it.
