Those floods are quite much everywhere in the Central Europe. In the town I live was raining non-stop ever since the snow melted, so for more like 3 months... And today it is like 4th sunny day this year. Anyway, we had similar floods here last year (they might have been even worse), this year as well, in 2002 in Prague, in 1997 whole Moravia (eastern part of CZE) was pretty much flooded and rather devastated... 

And this happened last year, as I mentioned above in my town; video is taken by my friend with who I scouted those floods ^^

The "river" you can see on the vid normally has like 20cm deep water, but last year it reached 6 metres in like 2 hours. ^^

Im just sharing feelings and making ppl look at sth that is different from L2 world, is that a problem for u ? omg are you 15 years old ?
