Ice Vortex Crusher (maybe Vortex Buster/Vortex Slug also)

So..has anyone noticed that Ice Vortex crusher does actually less damage  than Ice Vortex?

I tested it on a clan mate and these are the results:

Ice Vortex: 1618 damage
Hydro Blast: 1248 damage (Ice Vortex active)
Ice Vortex Crusher: 1233 damage

(note: no surrender to water has been used)

So what's up with it..1233 damage ? Are you kidding me?

It shouldn't do less damage than Hydro Blast and  far as I'm aware it's damage is supposed to be higher than the damage done by the Vortex. There's no point in using it atm since it removes Ice Vortex..it's just a waste of SP.

I don't know about Vortex Slug/Buster but I'm pretty certain it's the same thing.

Please look into it!

Edit: I just noticed one more thing: It can't be used on mobs.
